Professional Engineers of Ontario building
40 Sheppard Avenue West, Toronto, ON
Building on an system installed a few years ago, the owner continues to retrofit the floors to add on floor compartment fans and VAV boxes to the existing system comprised of chiller plant, boiler plant, make-up air systems and lighting controls. Extensive energy metering has been deployed to track energy usage in the central plant systems as well as floor by floor consumption.
70 University Avenue
change out of the old automation system for a latest generation BACnet system controlling all central plant chillers, boilers, air handling systems for main building and lobbies as well as CO control in the parking levels plus lighting control.
University of Toronto – Scarborough Campus

Addition of specialized lab glycol chiller system, clean room air handlers, vivarium lab controls, air gallery temperature and humidity controls plus the retrofit of a multizone air handler to a VAV air handler serving lecture halls. All systems are controlled via a browser connection allowing the owner to bypass the incumbent controls vendor and better understand the extensive capabilities of web based control.
St. Michaels Cathedral
ongoing extensive renovation and facility upgrade to this 167 year old Toronto landmark. New mechanical systems include a complete heating and chilled water central plant, multiple VAV air handling systems, extensive zone controls and energy metering.
Vaughan Mills Mall Expansion
Vaughn Mills, Toronto, ON

Pickering Town Centre
this 1.2 million square foot mall operates primarily via a heat pump system. The large central plant cooling towers and heat injection boiler system was completely redone using the latest in controls and variable speed pumping and fan control for impressive energy savings. The remainder of the legacy building automation system is currently being retrofitted complete with a new fibre optic backbone designed to support the new BAS plus future mall fire and security systems.
